The dirt is flying at downtown’s Scioto Mile, and Jeff Ruschau couldn’t be happier.

Construction on Civic Center Drive will last until summer 2009.

The emergence of the Scioto Mile is really within reach.  Although it doesn’t officially debut until 2011, it’s been evolving and taking shape.  We’re getting real tastes of what will be a riverfront oasis, perfectly primed for daily escapes into the glorious outdoors.
