Using the cities’ bike paths and parklands, you can walk, skate, jog or bike while observing the striking scenery. The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department also has multiple Community Centers, athletic complexes, pools and golf courses throughout the city that offer a variety of fitness opportunities.

The Rhythm on the River series at Bicentennial Park Performing Arts Pavilion features a diverse range of free music and dance performers on select Friday evenings in the summer. It’s a nice way to end the work week and enjoy local and touring artists.

4. Learn a New Skill
