"Women artists MIA." A shortcoming in a 2013 exhibition at the Columbus Cultural Arts Center inspired a new one. Check out DARE to Be HEARD Sept. 23 - Nov. 5.
In 2013, the Cultural Arts Center presented the exhibit “You Call That Art?,” including a timeline of significant events in the history of American contemporary art. The exhibit creators asked for feedback from visitors and were stunned to read one Post-it note: "Women artists MIA.”
