WinterFest Columbus Food Vendor Information

2026 Food Vendor Application is Closed

Thank you for your interest in vending at WinterFest Columbus on November 21, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio!

WinterFest Columbus is seeking local food trucks that will provide patrons with a variety of unique food options and at least one (1) seasonal/holiday themed menu item.

All food vendors wishing to participate must first complete an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants must create an account when completing the application. Once an account is created, applicants will have the ability to save and return to their application until it is submitted. Once the application is submitted, NO changes may be made without contacting Event Management.

First consideration will be given to applications submitted by Monday, September 7, 2026. All completed applications will be carefully reviewed following this date. All applicants will be notified of their acceptance or non-acceptance via email after the review process is complete. Incomplete applications may not be accepted or the menu may be restricted. Once the application is submitted, NO changes may be made without contacting Event Management.
