We have been counting down the days until summer and luckily, it is right around the corner! Sunsets along the Scioto Mile, picnics in the park and the good company of family and friends will soon fill hot days and cool nights again. With the Rhythm on the River performance series just weeks away, mark your calendars for Friday evenings of unforgettable memories in Columbus’ Bicentennial Park!

Featuring everything from bluegrass and blues to ballet and more, Rhythm on the River continues to provide eclectic and exciting performances that will spark everyone’s musical tastes. As the sounds and sights of world-renown performers swell throughout the park, be sure that you are capturing these moments with family and friends as you put an end to a busy week! All performances take place on the Bicentennial Park Performing Arts Pavilion, a state-of-the-art venue with architecture reflecting the Scioto Mile Fountain design. This season’s performances will continue to wow audiences of all ages as we host multiple musical hall-of-famers, acrobats hailing from over 7,000 miles away and the hard-charging harp style of arguably the greatest harmonica player to ever live. Oh, and did we mention these performances are FREE?

No need to prepare dinner — pizza from Donatos and beverages may be purchased beginning at 6:30 p.m. at every Rhythm on the River performance. Check out the full schedule here and be sure to join us this season!
